• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gracia AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
